We had an amazing stay at the Autograph Collection hotel in Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service and attention to detail. The recently renovated hotel offered luxurious and spacious rooms, with a homely atmosphere. The kids' club was fantastic, giving us the opportunity to have some adult time while the kids enjoyed crafts and activities. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options for breakfast. The staff, especially Branko in the bar, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The convenient ski transfer made hitting the slopes a breeze. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Free WiFi was a pleasant addition. Honestly nothing too much trouble. Private parking on-site was provided.

The hotel’s location was really close to caumasee, Prau la Selva also was easily accessible. A few steps away from Epoca Restaurant, where you can have lunch...

The location of the hotel near the Plaun mid station is convenient to access the cable car and the Grand restaurant. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the snow-covered landscape. The breakfast had a wide selection, and the glassed-in pool was a great facility.

The service level in the restaurants didn't live up to the expectations of a luxury hotel. Waiting times were long, and cleanliness was lacking.

Very nice spa.

We stayed in the main building for 560 CHF in an extremely small room. The price-performance ratio is therefore very poor. At breakfast the kitchen was not able to cook porridge, although this is on the menu. That can't happen in a five-star hotel.

The breakfast was very extensive and very good, really tasty, the bed super comfortable and huge.

The staff is not yet well-trained, but they are trying to do their best.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great choice! The stunning scenery around the accommodation and its proximity to the ski lift were the best aspects. the spa was absolutely amazing and super clean, with a variety of pools and saunas available. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond for us, making us feel very welcome.

Some things did not meet our expectations. The restaurant was a bit chaotic, and we had to wait quite a long time before being seated.

The price for two small dogs of 7 kg each is certainly at the highest limit. Twosmall dogs do not make more dirt than a big one of 35 kg...

The staff and service were mind-blowing, creating an absolute delight. The spa facilities were jaw-dropping, and the charming grounds were a WONDERFUL gem.

The breakfast had really everything to start the day perfectly, the indoor and outdoor facilities are beautifully furnished and the restaurant Epoca really gave us a wonderful evening.

This hotel is pure luxury. The exclusive amenities exceeded my expectations, from the sauna to the Jacuzzi, to the solarium and the indoor swimming pool. The Spa & wellness centre is top-notch, offering a wide range of massages, body wraps, and beauty treatments. The heated swimming pool and the sun terrace with sun loungers make for the perfect relaxation spot. The restaurant offers amazing breakfasts and special diet menus, and the bar/lounge area is the place to go for a drink in the evening.

Amazing experience! Incredible service and lovely location with great accessibility. The minibar is fully complimentary with some good choices, and the spa is heavenly. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of dishes to choose from.

The lunch and dinner options could have been better, a little more variety would have been appreciated. Also, the rooms could have been a bit more spacious. The limited space made it difficult to store our luggage comfortably.

I went to Waldhaus Flims last weekend with my partner. It was just a dream. Super rooms, beautiful view, very friendly staff, fantastic breakfast.
